Account Deletion Policy

We value your privacy and aim to provide you with full control over your personal data. This policy outlines how you can delete your account through our app and the subsequent handling of your data.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account:

1.    Open the app and navigate to the My Account

2.    Select Delete Accountfrom the menu options.

3.    Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.

 

Alternatively, you can email our support team at [support@xtracover.com] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" for assistance.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

1. Immediate Deactivation

Once the deletion request is confirmed, your account will be deactivated, and you will lose access to all associated features and data.

2. Data Retention

-:Personal Data Deletion:
  Personal data linked to your account will be permanently deleted from our servers within 90 daysof your deletion request, unless retention is legally or operationally required.

-:Order History and Transaction Records:

  Certain data, such as invoices, shipping records, and payment details, may be retained for up to [8 years]to comply with legal, tax,and accounting obligations.While  this information will no longer be linked to you account, it may remain accessible for audit, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

-:Non-Personal or Aggregated Data:
   Any non-identifiable or aggregated data may be retained for analytics or operational purposes.

Data Retention Exceptions

In compliance with applicable laws and for operational needs, certain data may be retained under these conditions:

  -:To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

  -:To resolve disputes, enforce terms of service, or prevent fraud and abuse.

  -:To maintain completed transaction records for audits or legal inquiries.

 Revoking Permissions

 Deleting your account does not automatically revoke permissions granted to our app. To adjust or revoke permissions:

   1.    Go to your device’s Settings.

   2.    Navigate to Apps > XtraCover B2B

   3.    Modify the permissions as required.
